Christopher is the Member of Parliament for Christchurch. Prior to entering Parliament, Chris was Leader of Wandsworth Council between 1979 and 1983 where he pioneered local government privatisation and achieved substantial expenditure reductions. Christopher Chope was one of just three Conservative MPs to vote against Ed Milliband’s costly 2008 Climate Change Act. Roger was first elected to the European parliament in 1999 and representing the people of the East Midlands. He was originally elected as a Conservative and is now a member of the UK Independence Party. Prior to entering politics Roger was an international businessman. Roger is the author of the Bruges Group booklet Cool Thinking on Climate Change. Graham is the Labour Member of Parliament for Blackley and Broughton. In March 2010 as the only member of the Science and Technology Committee with a scientific background he participated in the investigation into the Climatic Research Unit email controversy known as Climategate. Graham Stringer is currently a member of the Energy and Climate Change Committee.
