Green in Tooth and Claw is not so much about climate change, but the elite forces that use fear and ignorance to push their agenda. Niall McCrae's fact filled book is a must read for all who value freedom and honesty.
A variety of self appointed 'elites' belong to organisations that have been manipulating democracies to achieve their goal of World Government. It sounds far-fetched, until one looks at the evidence McCrae provides. David Rockefeller unhappy that the Bilderberg Group would not include Japan in its meetings, founded the Trilateral Commission with the help of Zbigniew Brzezinski Jimmy Carter's National Security Advisor. Sir Keir Starmer is a member. Klaus Schwab's World Economic Forum, George Soros's Open Society Foundation and Tony Blair's Institute have in common a belief in Globalisation and ultimately World Government. They share a Green agenda and supported Covid Lockdowns. The UN IPCC are used by them to push the agenda. The latest WHO demands expose Globalisation at its frightening worst, seeking as they do, to impose edicts without scrutiny, debate or democratic accountability.
Changing the world is a tough job, but help came in the form of Maurice Strong a Canadian Oil man turned UN apparatchik. He led the June 1972 Stockholm UN Conference on the Human Environment which resulted in the founding of the UN Environment Programme (UNEP). He became its first Executive Director. In June 1992, he led the UN Conference on Environment and Development at Rio de Janeiro. Now a devotee of Climate change he declaimed "Isn't the only hope for the planet that the industrialised civilisations collapse? Isn't it our responsibility to bring that about?" One world warriors had discovered their vehicle. As former Canadian minister of the environment Christine Stewart explained, "no matter if the science of global warming is all phoney…climate change provides the greatest opportunity to bring about justice and equality in the world". Science proves that Climate change is a scam. Except real science is gagged and dodgy statistics never challenged in a way that would expose them to the scrutiny of the masses. Net Zero is now a religion. It's protagonists, like the BBC constantly propagandise. Even the derision aimed at their 'Hottest ever' stories by holiday makers who said it was ten degrees cooler has not stopped them. Meteorologists paid to support the scam measure temperatures next to jet planes landing and Carbon emissions inside volcanoes. No matter, fear makes people pliable.
Covid presented another opportunity. Corona are viruses that cause the common cold and can progress to respiratory diseases. The appearance of COVID 19 in China led to worldwide panic and a clampdown on personal freedom. It seems that almost all deaths were recorded as Covid, even if they were not. For example, suddenly no one died of influenza. Those who suggested that governments were overreacting that the 1918-1920 influenza pandemic had resolved without lockdowns were accused not caring or worse. Indeed, an aspect of those who seek world government is their claim to be Liberals and condemnation of all who disagree as 'Far Right'. Electric vehicles, 15 minute cities, Low emission Zones are all their agenda. Klaus Schwab wrote in his book 'Covid-19: the Great Reset' the opportunities of lockdown and other coercive public health interventions were a "narrow window of opportunity' to radically change society". If anyone wondered why Hunt raised Corporation tax to the 'Internationally approved minimum' instead of lowering it to help our economy, they need look no further than Globalisation.
The supporters of Globalisation consider themselves superior. They are a minority, but through organisations mentioned they have more power than the mass of people. A recent Rasmussen poll in the USA, looked at the opinions of the elite – defined as people with a postgraduate degree, earning $150,000 annually, and living in dense cities. That's about 1 % of Americans. Nearly half of the elite think there is "too much freedom" in the USA, while only 16 % of Americans as a whole think that. 77% support rationing of energy and meat (all Americans: 28%). Well over two thirds would ban gas stoves and petrol cars, and over half would ban non-essential air travel and air conditioning (all Americans: 13% and 25% per cent). 70% of the elite trust the government, more than twice as many as ordinary Americans. And finally, though hardly surprisingly, while only 40% of Americans approve of President Biden, 84%t of the elite do. A Puritan past resurfacing one where no vote no voice replaces One person one vote. It's a frightening prospect that every day becomes more real.
Niall McCrae is to be complimented on a superbly researched book. He bring the threat to democracy, individual freedom and our way of life into sharp focus. In a way he has unfurled a banner that must be followed unless the future we bequeath to future generations, is actually the past we fought to overturn.
