Spearheading the intellectual battle against the EU. And for new thinking in international affairs.

Two years on from the EU referendum victory

Robert Oulds of the Bruges Group in conversation with Dr Niall McCrae of Kings College London on the second anniversary of the EU referendum victory.

Discussing how the people's majority decision to leave the European Union is being carried out by our elected representatives, Robert Oulds predicts increasing disillusionment with politics by people in general should the LEAVE vote not be implemented. The dangers to democracy inherent in unregulated funding of pro-EU lobbies by foreign individuals like George Soros are analysed as well as the pros and cons of social networking and the media in the context of the predicted pro-EU demonstrations on 23rd June.

Dr Niall McCrae, stresses the importance of distinguishing between the 'process' (of leaving the EU) and the 'outcome' (actual Brexit) as the former ('transition' followed by 'transition') must not be allowed to take over and prevent the implementation of what the people voted for: actual Brexit.
