Professor Tim Congdon, CBE is one of Britain’s leading economic commentators. He has written a number of books on monetary policy, contributes widely to the financial press, and makes frequent radio and television appearances. He is also the author of the Bruges Group papers, Will the EU’s Constitution Rescue its Currency? And, The City of London Under Threat: The EU and its attack on Britain’s most successful industry. He was awarded the CBE for services to economic debate in 1997. Professor Congdon is a member of the Bruges Group’s Academic Advisory Council.

Kieran Bailey is a 15 year old schoolboy living in the City of Bristol. He is a Conservative and Eurosceptic and was recently the youngest candidate to be shortlisted for the Institute of Economic Affair's Brexit Competition. He joined the Conservative Party in May 2013 and has joined other Conservative groups such as Conservative Friends of Israel and the Conservative Christian Fellowship. His other interests include violin, polo, riding, tennis and Church.

Professor Ivar Raig is a leading Estonian EU-critic. He has authored many papers on economic policy, sociology and European integration, these have been published in international journals in amongst other countries; Germany, Finland, Russia, the USA, Great Britain, Sweden, Italy and Lithuania. He is a Professor at Tallinn University Law School and Tallinn Technical University. Ivar Raig was also a member of the Estonian Parliament and prior to this he was elected as a People’s Deputy to the USSR Supreme Soviet.

Ian Milne is the author of an analysis of the net economic costs and benefits for the UK of EU membership, titled; A Cost Too Far? and Time to Say No: Alternatives to EU Membership (Civitas 2011). Ian Milne has had a forty-year career in industry and merchant banking in the UK, France and Belgium. He is the Chairman of the Global Britain think-tank and the author of the Bruges Group publications; Lost Illusions: British Foreign Policy and The Single Market and British Withdrawal.

Dr Richard North along with Christopher Booker is the co-author of The Great Deception, the seminal history of the European Union. He is also known for his blog eureferendum.com. He is also the author of the Bruges Group paper Galileo: The Military and Political Dimensions. He is an advocate of Article 50 and the so-called 'Norway' option.

Professor Roland Vaubel is Professor of Economics at the University of Mannheim, Germany. As well as writing for the Bruges Group he is also the author of the IEA papers The European Institutions as an Interest Group: The Dynamics of Ever Closer Union (2009) and The Centralisation of Western Europe (1995). Professor Vaubel will speak on secession in the European Union and how the withdrawal of member states from the EU might be implemented.

Professor Patrick Minford is Professor of Economics at Cardiff Business School, part of the University of Wales. Patrick Minford is an author of books and articles on exchange rates, unemployment, housing and macroeconomics. He is the author of The Cost of Europe. Patrick Minford is also a member of the Bruges Group’s Academic Advisory Council. Mary Ellen Synon was based in Brussels as a columnist at the Irish Daily Mail and contributor to the Mail on Sunday. At other times she has worked as: a columnist at the Irish Sunday Independent and the Sunday Business Post, Ireland correspondent and later Europe correspondent at the Economist, an associate producer at CBS News 60 Minutes based in London, and a reporter for The Daily Telegraph. Early in her career she was awarded a travelling fellowship by the Winston Churchill Memorial Trust to allow her to study the Common Market.
