On leaving the Army he worked for 18 years in pub management with Bass plc during which time Niall served for 14 years with the Territorial Army finishing as a Major with the Territiorial Decoration. In retirement he helped set up The Harrogate Agenda, to reform our system of governance based on a sovereign people rather than parliament, which Niall still promote to this day. The petition he started on 27th October, on the government’s policy of Net Zero, is under THA's banner as there is no democratic mandate for this government to spend £3 trillion of our money on their climate alarmist agenda which should be put to a referendum.
